A modern events management system with a SQL Server backend (that's a bit techy I know) with data that's backed up every night.

Although we've geared My Events to Facebook groups it could be any type of group that needs to manage its events.

We haven't gone as far as adding card payment functionality to the app since that's not quite where we're aiming this application. The idea is that if one of your members sends you money or gives you cash for an event (a deposit or the full payment) then you can record it and keep track of who has paid what. If you're an active group running multiple concurrent events it'll really help.

Yes it does. Once you've got multiple admins each managing their own events and associated payments My Events will really help.

No there's no limit to the number of members you can have stored in the database

Yes. If you're a large group (10/15+) attending a restaurant it's not uncommon for the venue to ask for pre-orders so the app allows you to record these and to take the relevant payments should you so choose. That way there's no messing about at the end of the meal with who's got to pay what - which makes it easier for you and the venue. Allergies can be a matter of life or death in extreme cases so our system allows you to record a member's allergies and these can be included in any print outs that you give to restaurants along with pre-orders.

We create an instance of the application dedicated to you at MyEvents.org.uk/'your group name'. We create one admin record for you (you can add the others) and add you group logo then it's up to you to have a play for two months. If you like the application we'll ask you to pay the annual fee otherwise we'll turn your instance off - as simple as that. NOTE - if you'd prefer to have your own dedicated URL then we can arrange that as well for an additional charge.

Yes. Each group's data will be stored in it's own SQL database (if you don't know what SQL Server is don't worry just know that it's rebust and secure).The data will be backed up every night on a rolling 7 day basis.

We don't offer a part-refund if you decide to stop using the system part way through a year but you're only committed on an annual basis - and the charge is, we believe, qute low for the functionality offered.
